Eos Serenity Lodge ~ A new dawn for healing and hope
Our Approach
Eos Serenity Lodge’s residential program offers a sanctuary of healing and community for females with co-occurring substance use disorders and trauma.
Guided by trauma-informed care and grounded in evidence-based practices, we are committed to supporting women on their path to recovery in a safe, compassionate environment.
At the core of our approach is the understanding that trauma profoundly impacts mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Our specialized staff is trained to recognize and respond to the unique needs of trauma survivors, providing a supportive space where women can process past experiences, rediscover themselves, and build a foundation for sustainable recovery.
We believe healing is an individualized journey, so our program tailors treatment to each resident, addressing the complex layers of trauma and addiction. Through therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices, and holistic wellness activities, combined with a foundation in the 12-step program, we empower women to regain control over their lives.

Resources
More than a treatment facility, we are a community focused on fostering connection, resilience, and growth. Here, women not only find recovery, but also develop skills for thriving beyond addiction, supported by a network of peers who share in their journey. Our commitment is to help each woman emerge from trauma and addiction with strength, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose.
The Lodge
Our recovery center is situated at the base of the majestic Wasatch Mountain Range, offering a serene and inspiring setting for healing. Nestled in a calm, cozy home, the center provides a peaceful escape from daily stresses, surrounded by nature's beauty. Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens and tranquil areas create ideal spaces for quiet reflection, meditative practices, and therapeutic conversations.
Each detail, from calming indoor spaces to the breathtaking mountain views, is designed to foster a nurturing environment where guests can reconnect, reflect, and heal in harmony with nature.

Hilary founded Eos Serenity Lodge in memory of her sister, Amy. Amy’s profound struggle and ultimate loss have shaped Hilary’s mission, inspiring her to build a safe, supportive space where others can find healing from the pain and isolation that addiction and trauma inflict. Eos Serenity Lodge serves not only as a recovery center but also as a tribute to Amy’s life, providing a therapeutic community focused on safety, connection, and personal growth.
The name Eos was chosen to symbolize hope, renewal, and the power to rise from the darkness of addiction. In ancient Greek mythology, Eos is the goddess of dawn, bringing light each morning from the edge of the world and dispelling the night. Her journey mirrors the experience of those seeking recovery: emerging from a place of darkness, pain, and struggle, and stepping into the light of new beginnings.
Just as Eos brings a fresh start with each dawn, our center represents a place where individuals can find strength, healing, and hope for a brighter future. The name Eos embodies our mission to guide and support people as they break free from addiction, embracing life anew with resilience and purpose.
